A long-serving member of Burntwood Leisure Centre has been honoured.
Janis Dixon, from Burntwood, has been attending for 42 years – remaining a member during the centre’s rebuild in 2002.
Fitness instructors Bridget Foden and Anya Torikka presented Janis with flowers and a certificate to mark her dedication.
Bridget said: “It’s an amazing achievement to have been a member of the leisure centre for so long.
“It’s also inspiring that Janis is still making fitness an important part of her life.”
