Investment opportunities in Staffordshire will be showcased in front of thousands of delegates at a conference next month.
A team of councils, developers and other stakeholders under the We Are Staffordshire banner will be at the UK Real Estate Infrastructure and Investment Conference next month.
The event brings together local and regional public sector organisations with Government, investors, funders and house builders.
The county team, which includes Lichfield District Council and Staffordshire County Council, will highlight over £1billion worth of investment opportunities.
Staffordshire County Council’s deputy leader and cabinet member for economy and skills Philip White said:
“Our combined Staffordshire team will be taking along an exciting package of proposals – all with huge potential for our county.
“Together we’ll be launching key projects including, details on town centre regeneration and wider business development.
“We know we have a distinctive Staffordshire brand which we’re strengthening with our partners.
“Our presence at the conference is critical as it enables us to make a lasting impact on investors and decision makers. This ultimately results in new jobs and an improved quality of life for our communities.”
