A group formed by Lichfield school students will be taking to the stage as part of the Fuse Acoustic Festival.

The Summer Sundays were formed by King Edward VI School pupils and play rock/indie music along the lines of the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, the Arctic Monkeys and Feeder.

They join Jo Rafferty, Meberob, The Low Orders, Project Nation, The Maffa Kings, Out In The Crowd, Nuclear Minogue, The Treehorns, Red Light Octopus and The Stunts on the bill on July 10 and 11.

More acts are still being invited to join the Lichfield Fuse Acoustic bill and can apply via the Festival website.
