PLANS have been drawn up for three new properties in Upper Longdon.
The development is proposed for land off Brereton Hill Lane.
A planning statement submitted to Lichfield District Council said:
"The site is located within the green belt wherein development is considered to be inappropriate unless it falls within one of the exceptions listed within the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), or where it meets the tests for grey belt development.
"This application is considered to meet the provisions of the latter."
