Lichfield Ladies Circle have continued their fundraising efforts with a toga night.
The event saw guests put their thinking caps on to transform their sheets into Greek-themed costumes to raise money for Whizz-Kids.
There was also a three course buffet and disco as the group’s efforts raked in £1,276.
Ruth Curry, Ladies Circle national president and member of Lichfield Ladies Circle, said: “Proud doesn’t even start to explain how I feel.
“I can’t believe that within six months my target for Whizz-Kidz has already been achieved. Currently, sufficient funds have been raised to secure a wheelchair that will benefit a child in Staffordshire.”
