New bobbies will soon be on the beat in Lichfield.
PCs Lewis Hodgkiss and Stephen Windridge are among 16 new recruits sworn in at a Staffordshire Police ceremony.
They will now embark on further training and placements before joining the local policing team.
Stephen said: “I was a Special Constable at Stafford for more than two years which was incredibly useful.
“I can’t wait to complete the training and get started.”
