Cyclists in Lichfield and Burntwood are being urged to get in the saddle for a group ride.
The latest outing in the Cycle Rides for All programme will see riders heading out from Beacon Park at 10am for a 20-mile round trip to Chasewater.
On the way they’ll be stopping off at Burntwood Leisure Centre at 11am to meet others who can enjoy a six-mile round trip.
Jamie Dodd, health and wellbeing activator at Lichfield District Council, said: “The cycle rides are a great way to discover the brilliant network of local cycle tracks we have across the district and a good way to meet other local cyclists.
“All the bikes receive a quick safety check before setting off, to make sure they are roadworthy. We also recommend wearing cycle helmets and that you bring a packed lunch and drink, although there is a café stop on most rides.”
