Lichfield City still have a third place finish in their sights after a six-goal demolition of Coventry Amateurs. John Rob Dutton’s goalscoring run continued as he bagged five goals, while Rob Burnside also got his name on the scoresheet. The win leaves Lichfield in fifth place in the Midland Combination Division Three, a point behind Kenilworth with two games in hand and eight points behind Knowle Reserves with four games in hand. Next up for City is a home clash with league leaders Hampton.
