A vehicle fire forced the closure of a busy commuter route into Lichfield this morning.
The Burton Road was temporarily shut while crews dealt with the incident near the A38 junction at Streethay at around 8.40am.
A Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said they were at the scene for over an hour.
The road has since reopened.
