Lichfield City FC made it back-to-back wins with a 3-1 triumph over Stafford Town.
Jamie Hawkins’ men got their noses in front when Tom Green lashed home with a drive into the top corner.
A controversial penalty then gave Green the chance to double his and Lichfield’s advantage and the City man made no mistake from 12 yards.
The points were all but wrapped up when Drew Aiton fired home to give Lichfield a three-goal advantage.
Stafford did grab a consolation through Thomas Duffy, but any hopes they had of mounting a comeback were dashed when Jasper Johns saw red for a late challenge.
