LICHFIELD City will face local opposition this weekend as Hednesford Town are the visitors to the Trade Tyre Community Stadium.
The hosts have endured a challenging start to life in the West Midlands Regional League Premier Division, losing all three of their fixtures so far.
They were beaten 4-2 at home last time out by Stourbridge, but will be looking to get themselves off the mark this afternoon (6th September).
But Hednesford will prove a tough test as they sit top of the early season table with two wins and a draw from their opening three fixtures.
Kick-off is at 2pm.
