Barton United’s hopes of a top five finish were dented after they went down 4-1 at Henley Forest.
The result means that even sixth place is now under threat in the Midland Combination Division Two with the hosts moving to within a point of Barton.
They will get the chance to bounce back with a crunch clash against fifth-placed Polesworth tomorrow (April 23), kick-off 6.30pm.
