Barton United’s hopes of securing a top five finish look doomed after they lost to Polesworth.
Goals from Ben Dade and Dale Barton weren’t enough as they went down 4-2 to their fifth placed opponents.
The result means Barton remain sixth in the Midland Combination Division Two, but are ten points adrift of Polesworth with a game in hand.
United’s next action sees them entertain Coventry Spires on Tuesday (April 30).
