LOCAL boxer Jack Finlan got his professional career off to a winning start with a victory over Simas Volosinas.
The 23-year-old, who was an amateur at Platinum Boxing Burntwood, picked up a points victory in Wolverhampton.
His opponent had already clocked up more than 130 bouts in his career, but struggled to cope with the jab fired off by the taller Finlan.
