A Burntwood building firm has seen work on a new housing development in Barton recognised at an awards event.
The Lakeside Apartments at Barton Marina was highly commended in the recent Midlands Residential Property Awards.
The development of 54 two-bedroom apartments and penthouses saw members of Cameron Homes, based on Chasetown High Street, pick up their award at a ceremony in Birmingham.
The company’s chief operations officer Paul Morrisey said: “There were a large number of shortlisted entries in this category, from some of the region’s largest house builders, so we were delighted to be given the highly commended prize.
“A new community has been created at Barton Marina and we are delighted it has been recognised in this highly-competitive awards scheme.”
