Youngsters at a Burntwood nursery had a visit from a special guest as they celebrated Hug a Bear Day.

Children in Need mascot Pudsey met children at the Busy Bees St Matthews nursery.
They held a teddy bear’s picnic for the guest and brought along their own cuddly pals to join in the fun.
Nursery manager, Jess Sandall said: “At Busy Bees we want every child to have the best start in life, which is why we love BBC Children in Need so much.
“Every year we all do our best to raise as much money as possible to donate to projects in the UK which focus on children and young people who are disadvantaged.
“The children really enjoyed meeting Pudsey and the day full of bear-themed activities, which we put together to stimulate them both physically and mentally – a vital part of keeping children engaged, healthy and happy.”
