Burntwood Town FC will be hoping to extend one of the more positive sides of their season so far when they return to action in the Fazeley Charity Cup.
Bill Aiton’s men have endured a season of struggle in the Midland Combination Division Two so far, although the new boss will take heart from some positive performances at the end of 2013.
And a continued run in the cup competition could help boost confidence at Town.
But they will need to return from Triumph Meriden with a victory tomorrow (January 11) if they want to progress further.
