Burntwood Town FC will hope to usher in a new dawn as they kick-off their Midland Football League season at Smithswood Firs.
They suffered a miserable season in the Midland Football Combination last time out, but will hope a league merger with the Midland Football Alliance can bring about an end to their on the field struggles.
Twon’s Division Three campaign will see them visit the Mackadown Stadium tomorrow (August 9), kick-off 3pm.
