Chasetown FC missed were left to rue second half goals as they crashed 4-1 against Stafford Rangers in a pre-season friendly.
The Scholars went behind in the first half after Josh Craddock struck, before Josh Ruff fired home following a Jack Langston pass to equalise after the break.
But George Bowerman restored Stafford’s lead and the win was sealed when Jake Jones and Christian Dacres struck.
