Chasetown FC continued their pre-season preparation with an entertaining 2-2 draw at home to Hinckley AFC.

The Scholars took an early lead when Ryan Quinn’s deflected shot beat goalkeeper Jack Hartopp.
It didn’t last long though, as Hinckley were soon back on level terms when Marco Adaggio haunted his former club with a low finish.
Moments later, Chasetown were back in front through a bizarre own goal from Jamie Newton.
But the Midland Football League Division One Club replied once more when Richards executed a perfect lob after picking up a pass from MacKenzie.
Dave Stringer’s men now face Stourbridge Town in their final home friendly this weekend before the League campaign kicks off a week later away at Leek Town.
