Golfers are being invited to play a cut-price round in Lichfield.

The nine-hole course at Beacon Park will offer reduced prices between 10am and 2pm from October 26 to 30.
Councillor Andy Smith, Lichfield District Councils Cabinet member for leisure and parks, said: “We’re so lucky to have such a fantastic pay as you go golf course in Lichfield.
“Playing a round at a more manageable nine holes is a great way to introduce young people to the game and we hope lots of people take advantage of this special offer.”
During the offer, the a round will cost £2.60 for children and from £3.60 for adults. Clubs and balls can also be hired from Beacon Park’s Ranger Station.
