The music of Haydn and Mozart will be performed by the Darwin Ensemble Chamber Orchestra (DECO) at a concert in Lichfield Cathedral.
The performance on October 24 will feature Haydn’s Sinfonia Concertante in B Flat for violin, cello, oboe and bassoon, and Synphony 73 in D “The Hunt”, as well as Mozart’s Sinfonia Concertante in E Flat for violin and viola.
A spokesperson said: “Several of DECO’s musicians will be stepping into the limelight as soloists in a pair of works with intriguing stories attached.”
