A former Scholar came back to haunt Chasetown FC as they went down 1-0 in a pre-season friendly at Brocton.
Paul McMahon scored the only goal as Dave Stringer’s men were beaten by their Midland Football League neighbours.
Chasetown had the better of the action but failed to find a way through a resolute Brocton backline.
