Young musicians have begun battling it out for a slot at Lichfield’s Fuse Festival.
The Under 18 Battle of the Bands got underway with the first heat at the Paradise Lounge.
Two acts made it through to the final – 15-year-old singer-songwriter Chloe Adams and Cannock-based Almost Easy.
A spokesperson for the event said: “All of the bands went down really well and it was great to see everyone supporting them.”
The two victorious acts will now go forward to join the winners of two more heats in the final.
