A pair of folk musicians will sign off their UK tour with a performance in Lichfield.
A Different Thread will take to the road for a series of dates in America after an appearance at the St Mary’s Centre on 18th August.
The duo are local performer Robert Jackson and Alicia Best, who hails from North Carolina.
The pair met busking in Ireland in 2016 and have been touring together ever since.
They made a strong impression at the Lichfield Blues and Jazz Festival earlier this summer and are looking forward to playing in the city again.
“This is a big concert for us” Robert said. “We are overwhelmed by the support of our Lichfield followers and we wanted to put on a special local show to close out this tour.”
They will be supported on the night by Chris Elliot and Caitlin Jones.
