Great grandparents are being offered the chance to eat for free at a Lichfield pub.
The Fradley Arms Hotel is offering a free main meal when all four generations eat together on Great Grandparents Day on May 27.
Donna Murray, general manager at the pub on Rykneld Street, said: “We know many great grandparents who often dine here with their families so we wanted to give people the chance to say thank you and celebrate with them. We mark Mothers Day, Fathers Day and even Grandparents Day but nothing to celebrate our eldest generation – until now.
“National Great Grandparents Day is about getting families together and making sure people still make time for family occasions, however busy they are. We’re even giving great grandparents the chance to claim a free main meal to celebrate!”
