The full line-up of artists for the 2022 Lichfield Blues and Jazz Festival has been unveiled.

The event will take place at the Cathedral Hotel on Beacon Street from 9th to 12th June.
The festival kicks off on 9th June with saxophonist and Britain’s Got Talent star Julian Smith and The Tom Morgan Trio, before Thomas Atlas and his six piece band take to the stage on the following day.
The Staffordshire Jazz East Big Band will play a daytime concert on 11th June, before the Nick Dewhurst Quartet are joined by Tomasso Starace for an evening performance.
The final day of the festival features a blues and jazz service at Wade Street Church before the Walsall Jazz Orchestra perform at the Cathedral Hotel at 2pm.

“Whether or not you like jazz, blues or funk, we have something for you – from nationally-acclaimed saxophone superstars Julian Smith and Tomasso Starace, the funk blues of Thomas Atlas or local ensembles doing new and interesting things with the musical forms.
“The team have put together a fabulous selection of high-quality blues and jazz for this year’s event and we are looking forward to four days of great live performances.”
