The Royal British Legion and Help for Heroes are being supported by a Poppy Ball at Drayton Manor Theme Park on November 11.

The event will take place in the park’s Tower Suite from 7pm and feature a five-course meal, live entertainment from the Sticky Wickets Swing Band and an auction of historical, political and sporting memorabilia. The guest speaker will be Simon Skipper, a retired member of the Royal Logistics Corps.

Colin Bryan, Managing Director of Drayton Manor Theme Park, said: “It is a privilege and an honour to show our appreciation and support for these two charities. I hope businesses will join us and help raise as much money as possible.”

Individual tickets cost £55 per person or £500 per table of 10. Businesses can also sponsor a table for 10 for £1,000, which will include bottles of wine and water, advertising space in the event program and advertising opportunities within the room itself or outside the building.

Those interested in attending should contact the park’s hospitality manager Jo Arrowsmith on 01827 252400 or by emailing joarrowsmith@draytonmanor.co.uk.
