Jazz fans will be delighted to hear that part of the 2013 Fuse festival will be dedicated to the scene.
Lichfield’s events calendar was without the regular Real Ale, Jazz & Blues Festival this year.
But Lichfield Arts – organisers of the free Fuse event in Beacon Park – will be welcoming a number of acts on July 14.
Funktional will kickstart proceedins at 11.45am, before the Walsall Jazz Orchestra hit the stage at 12.45pm.
Midlands favourites the Steve Ajao Blues Giants are next up at 2pm, followed by Welsh five-piece Wonderbrass at 3.15pm.
