Guitarist Paul Galbraith will return to the Lichfield Festival for an intimate concert of music by Bach, Mozart, Schumann and Granados.
The musician was a regular fixture in the annual city event during the 1980s and 1990s and will be back for the 40th anniversary celebrations.
A spokesperson said:
“Internationally renowned, Paul is one of the finest active guitarists today, as well as a brilliant innovator.
With the help of the eight-string Brahms Guitar – an instrument he developed together with David Rubio – he has expanded both the limits of the instrument and the quality and breadth of its repertoire.”
