An Easter-themed edition of the Historical Cookery show is set to take place at the Lichfield Garrick.
Regular food experts Professor Roland Rotherham and chef Simon Smith will revisit 1,000 years of culinary treats such as rabbit turnover with wine gravy.
The Historical Cookery duo will be at the Lichfield Garrick on April 6 at 12 noon.
