PLANS to create an indoor padel tennis facility in Fazeley have been rejected.
The proposal for the unit at Riverside Industrial Estate on Atherstone Street was refused by Lichfield District Council.
A decision notice said:
“The proposed use of the building for indoor padel tennis would not be lawful.
“Planning permission restricts the use of the building to light industrial purposes and expressly removes permitted development rights.”
