Tiny swashbucklers turned out for a fancy dress fun day at Chasewater Country Park.

More than 30 youngsters donned their eye patches and hooks to take part in a treasure hunt adventure.
Two-year-old Freya Lane was named as the best-dressed pirate and won a goody bag packed with prizes including a pirate ring and colouring in book, a foam sword and sweets.
James Myers from Chasewater Country Park said: “The day was lots of fun and the costumes were brilliant.
“I was lucky enough to judge the competition and thought that all the children made a great effort and looked the part.”
