Only a handful of tickets are still available for a performance by Pam Ayres in Lichfield.
The Garrick will host the comic poet on May 14 and 15.
But with tickets selling out fast, time is running out to grab a seat.
The show follows the recent publication of Pam’s new book of poetry, You Made Me Late Again.
A spokesperson said: “Pam Ayres’ work is funny, and approachable. It sounds simple, as though dashed off, but this is deceptive. Her hair-trigger timing, her eye for the detail of everyday life and for the absurdity therein, makes for an art that hides art.”
