Musicians from Lichfield and Burntwood are in the running to win a slot supporting musician Gabrielle Aplin on tour.
The Offbeat, a local IndieFolk quartet, have been one of the most backed acts in an online competition.
The group – who released their album in 2012 – are hoping to impress the award-winning artist and land a prestigious support slot.
They have already amassed more than 800 votes and are hoping to secure as many as they can before the June 1 deadline.
Votes can be cast by liking the group’s entry on Facebook or sharing it on Twitter.
