The Lichfield and Walsall District Football League Premier Division side looked to be in control of the Top Twenty Cup Final when a dipping drive from Ash Bennett put them in front.
But their hopes were dashed by an equaliser before half time for their First Division opponents and a winner inside the last 20 minutes of the game.
Cannock Wood are now just one point away from guaranteeing the Division Two title after beating Chase Terrace Victoria 3-2.
