Arriva Midlands will be running additional buses to Lichfield on the forthcoming Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday.
Buses will run from the areas of Armitage, Brereton, Burntwood, Chase Terrace, Chasetown, Handsacre and Rugeley on 4 June 2012 for the annual Bower celebrations.

In addition to the usual Sunday timetable being operated on Bank Holiday Monday extra journeys will be running on route 825 and will be leaving Springfield Road/Plovers Rise at 10.15am, 11.15am and 12.15pm calling at Springfield Estate, Rugeley bus station, Brereton, Armitage and Handsacre, additional buses return from Lichfield bus station at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm to Handsacre, Armitage, Brereton and Rugeley to Springfield Road/Plovers Rise.
In addition to the usual Sunday timetables (routes 33A/60) being operated on Bank Holiday Monday there will be departures on route 60 leaving Chase Terrace, Sankeys Corner at 9.40am, 10.40am, 11.40am and 12.40pm calling at all bus stops through Chasetown and Burntwood, Swan Island to Lichfield. Route 60 buses will depart Lichfield, Bus Station at 2.05pm, 3.05pm, 4.05pm, 5.05pm and 6.05pm via normal route to Chase Terrace, Sankeys Corner in addition to the usual journeys on routes 33A and 60.
