A LICHFIELD business owner has been shortlisted for a national award.
Sharon McCormick, founder of Lichfield-based The Listening Centre and Adept Central, is the only woman in the 12 finalists hoping to land the Entrepreneur of the Year title at the British Forces in Business Awards 2026.
After serving eight years in the RAF, she moved into the business world.
Sharon said:
"I needed a job that worked around being a mum – and 24 years later, here we are."
The winner will be announced at a ceremony in London on 25th June.
