Lichfield City FC eased into the next round of the JW Hunt Cup with a commanding victory over Willenhall Town.
Debutant Taylor Boyce got Jamie Hawkins’ men off to a positive start with a goal before James Taylor doubled his side’s advantage.
Drew Aiton made it 3-0 to give Lichfield a commanding advantage, but Willenhall showed they were still a threat by pulling one back and forcing keeper Adam Jenkins into a smart save to prevent City from having it all their own way.
Aiton bagged a second from the penalty spot in the second half before Jordan Evans and Dan Griffiths wrapped up a 6-1 win.
