Lichfield City FC endured an afternoon to forget as Leicester Road thumped them 6-1.
The result also saw the hosts leapfrog City in the Midland Football League Division One as Lichfield made it five games without a win.
The first half was a relatively even encounter with the two sides going in 1-1 at the break.
But Leicester Road proved too hot to handle after the interval, netting five times without reply.
Lichfield will have plenty of time to stew on their defeat, with a trip to NKF Burbage their next fixture on 9th April.
