Lichfield City’s interest in the FA Vase cake to an early end after a shock defeat at Littleton.
The hosts have had a miserable start to their Midland Football League Division One campaign, conceding 22 goals in six games without registering point.
But they were more than a match for a Lichfield side who had been among the early season pace setters in the league.
A Sean Cooke goal was enough to earn victory for Littleton, with City now hoping for a return to form when they travel to Coventry Copsewood in the league on September 8.
