LICHFIELD City twice came from behind to earn a point at Brocton.
The game’s first real chance saw James Wilcock send a drive narrowly wide for Ivor Green’s men, while the hosts also fired wide of the target at the other end.
The opening goal came five minutes before half time when Brocton’s Will Whieldon fired past James Beeson.
Things almost got worse before the break as Luke Childs was forced to clear off the line.
But Lichfield were level five minutes into the second period when Jack Edwards’ free kick took a nick off a defender to find the net.
Brocton restored their advantage 15 minutes later though as Regan Smith’s low drive beat Beeson.
City pushed for another leveller and it eventually came when Wilcock powered home from the edge of the box to make it 2-2 and earn his side a share of the points.
