LICHFIELD City will get their pre-season schedule underway with a test against National League side Tamworth.
Ivor Green’s men will return to action for the first time since lifting the Midland Football League Premier Division title.
They will be without Callum Griffin though after the midfielder agreed a switch to Rugby Town during the close season.
Tamworth, meanwhile, will have new signings Harvey Sayer and Tyler Roberts in their ranks for the fixture.
The game at the Trade Tyre Community Stadium kicks off tomorrow (5th July) at 3pm.
