MEMBERS of Lichfield Camera Club are celebrating recent successes.
The group has reached the final of the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) Inter-club Print Challenge.
The final, which will be held on 24th October at Harper Adams University in Shropshire, showcases the work of the best clubs in the country.
Joe Anderson, chairman of Lichfield Camera Club, said:
"The Inter-club Print Challenge is open to all clubs throughout the UK, so getting to the final is a major achievement.
"We have been fortunate to have attracted a number of excellent new members over the last few years and the quality of our photography is remarkable for a relatively small club.
"However, we always welcome new members of all abilities and are committed to helping everyone develop their artistic talents and technical ability."
The club has also celebrated surpassing last year’s record of acceptances in the Midland Mono Exhibition, scooping a total of 17 – three more than last time out.
