An art group in Lichfield is looking for new members.
Lichfield Contemporary Artists is inviting anyone with an interest in creating contemporary art to attend its monthly meetings.
The group, supported by Lichfield District Council’s Arts Development Officer Celia Houghton, meet every month at Cruck House to share ideas, news and skills. They also take part in practical activities, visit exhibitions and more.
The first meeting of the year is taking place on February 16, from 7pm to 9pm, and everyone is welcome to go along.
Celia said: “If you enjoy creating any sort of visual contemporary art, this is a great chance to meet other local artists to share ideas and support one another.”
Following the February meeting, Lichfield Contemporary Artists will meet each month at Cruck House, from 7pm to 9pm, on March 15, April 12, May 10 and June 14.
