Iconic group Showaddywaddy will be taking Lichfield music fans for a little walk under the moon of love when they perform in the city.
They will take to the stage at the Garrick Theatre on May 10 to showcase the hits that have seen them carve out a 40 year career in the business.
Their show will see them perform 23 Top 40 singles, including Under the Moon of Love, Three Steps to Heaven and Hey Rock and Roll.
Their performance will also feature two drummers for the first time since the glam days of the 70s, and has been hailed as an adrenaline-fuelled nostalgic treat.
Adrian Jackson, Lichfield Garrick’s artistic director, said: “This marks the start of a special year for Showaddywaddy, as they celebrate 40 years of rock and roll, with this landmark tour.
“So, dust off your dancing shoes and head down to the Lichfield Garrick to celebrate 40 years of musical magic with this all star talented live band.”
