Audiences at the Lichfield Garrick are set to be taken back to the time of the French Revolution as a new show comes to the stage.
Lichfield Operatic Society’s production of The Scarlet Pimpernel opens tonight (April 29) and runs until May 3.
Members have been honing their battle skills ahead of the opening night.
Production director Lynne Hill said: “The cast and production team have had such fun putting this show together and although the music in this show may be unfamiliar, it is thrilling and exciting and I believe audiences will leave the theatre buzzing.”
