A St Trinian’s-style comedy is coming to the Garrick courtesy of the Lichfield Players.
Denise Deegan’s Daisy Pulls it Off will be at the city theatre from January 20 to 23.
The show is set in 1927 and follows plucky Daisy Meredith who has just been accepted into Grangewood School for Girls as their first ever scholarship pupil. But it won’t be all jolly hockey sticks as snobby students Sybil try to get her expelled.
A spokesperson for the Lichfield Players said: “Can our heroine thwart her enemies? Can she find the long lost secret treasure of Grangewood? And can she ultimately save the school?”
