A SCHOOL is appealing for help with a community event next month.
The Bridge Academy, on Wissage Road, is running Bridge Fest from 1pm on 10th July.
The school is looking for volunteers to help run activities such as games, sports, arts and crafts, music, entertainment, refreshments and stalls.
It is also seeking donations of cakes and sweet treats, toys and games, books, craft supplies and raffle and tombola prizes.
A spokesperson for the school said:
"No matter how big or small your contribution, every donation and every offer of support helps us create a memorable event for our children and the community."
