Families are being invited to hone their craft skills at an event in Lichfield.
St Mary’s in the Market Square will host a Scary Scarecrow workshop from 1pm to 3pm on Thursday (August 28). The session costs £2.
Celia Houghton, who is running the workshop, said: “This is a great way to spend an afternoon as a family getting crafty together, making something unique for your garden and we hope lots of people come along and join in the arty fun.
“There’s no need to book, just turn up. We’re also hoping the workshops will introduce people to St Mary’s, which is a fantastic city centre location, featuring a gift shop and tourist information desk, a café, Lichfield Museum, spire tours and more.”
